Mr. Salim has a Mastes in Political Science. He has been working in the development arena for about 20 years. He has cultivated a diversified knowledge, skills and experience in association with different development organizations/agencies. He has worked for Peace Corps Bangladesh, NGO Forum, CARE Bangladesh, UNDP (BCLG project), National Democratic Institute (NDI), International Development Enterprise (IDE), BRDB. He has cultivated diversified knowledge, skill and experience in programme design and management in community development, training, communication and capacity building/partnerships, poverty alleviation, social/community mobilization and human rights. His responsibilities range from needs assessment, project design, implementation plan and proposal development, monitoring impact of project/program, review and performance evaluation of program, design and development of training modules/curriculum, IEC/BCC materials, staff training, budget management and monitoring and evaluation systems.
