The James P Grant School of Public Health's centre for Professional Skills Training offered training on ‘Building Capacity for National Programme for Community Nutrition’. The training was aimed for the government officials of Mozambique from the department of nutrition. The ten-day training was conducted by officials from BRAC, IPHN and icddr,b. The training was held twice, first in December 2015 and again in March 2016 with participants from Mozambique, providing knowledge on how to improve the performance of ACNs to increase the impact of the services that they offer to the targeted population. The training provided the National Program for Community Nutrition in Mozambique with the tools to monitor the quality of the services delivered by the ACNs to the targeted population.
