Graduated on M.S.S (Political Science) from Dhaka University, 1990. Career started since 1993 with Grameen Trust as an Researcher and experienced with WFP, UNFPA, ASK, DRC, Nagorik Uddyog, Expressions, BRAC and BRAC University. As an Gender Expert worked in association with the different national and international networks and alliances, donor liaison, develop and designing partnership with INGO and GO.


Specialization on, Gender and Sustainable Development, Gender & Health, SRHR, Women Rights, Participatory Rural Appraisal( PRA),Violence Against Women, Project Management, Strategic planning and management in programming and Capacity building and team development.


Published a book in 2011 on “Nirjatito Nari, Upekhito manobadhikar” A collections of Essays about Women rights) published by Mamun Or Rashid o Adarsha, 38, Banglabazzar, Dhaka 1100.


Working full time as a Project Coordinator USAID's Next Generation of Public Health Experts Project (NGPHEP ) of James P Grant School of public Health, BRAC University.

  • Responsible to Increase access to and improve diversity of public health degree candidates through the use of scholarships/stipends/fee waivers (PHD, MPH, RESEARCH study .INTERNS FELLOW).
  • Built excellent rapport with educational institutions, public health organizations, Public health Professionals and partners at home and abroad in order to attract MPH students, interns, seminars, short courses.
  • Increase short-term training opportunities for working public health professionals.
  • Increase the quality, number and diversity of opportunities for internships for public health degree candidates and recipients.
  • Supervise and mentoring the PHD and Research Fellow of USAID, NGPHEP .
  • Strengthen the capacity of public health teachers by improving their training and delivery skills.
  • Ensure smooth project operations, monitoring and reporting.
  • Liaise with UISAID and other donors for future plan for JPGSPH
