Seama Mowri is a Project Manager at the James P. Grant school of Public Health at Brac University, Bangladesh. She completed her undergraduate degree in Economics from University of Toronto, Canada and has a MBA from Institute of Business Administration (IBA-DU), Dhaka. She’s also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PM Institute in Toronto.
Mowri has over 8 years of experience in strategy consulting, assignments spanning local and international development sector clients in Toronto and Bangladesh. Her expertise lies in project management, market research, collaboration models, strategy development and planning and formulating market opportunities. At JPG, Mowri is responsible for providing administration and day-to-day oversight of a project on preventing early marriage in urban slums, to ensure that scope, schedules and budget are on track. Also provide hands-on management support and research mentoring to the research team, including planning for and management of field activities for both qualitative and quantitative data collection.
